David Fortney Consulting LLC delivers services in three key areas: Coaching, Internal Investigations and Strategic Planning.

Coaching

Provides one-to-one coaching for executives and managers with an emphasis on improving communication and achieving goals. Serves as a coach for employers seeking developmental opportunities for individual employees. Additionally, provides coaching in remedial situations where improved workplace behavior is the goal.

Internal Investigations

Serves as a neutral, impartial fact-finder specializing in investigations of discrimination claims and harassment claims. Assists employers when the nature of a claim suggests an outside investigator may be more appropriate, or when in-house resources aren't available to promptly respond to allegations in a timely manner.

Strategic Planning

Facilitates strategic planning processes assisting clients in identification of improvement opportunities as well as strategic direction. Assists in the development of meaningful key measures. Works with focus groups to solicit input into the planning process.
